Create physical prototypes to review shape, handling and design intent before moving forward.
Evaluate how a proposed component fits with surrounding parts and identify changes before production.
Explore printed locating aids, holders and fixture components around your application. Suitability depends on the loads, environment and inspection requirements.
Review available CAD files, part geometry and intended use to define a practical printing scope. Where design data is missing, discuss reverse engineering support.
BUILT AROUND YOUR APPLICATION

Share the part drawing or CAD model, the operation the fixture will support and how the part must be located and held. Include loading access, part variations, contact restrictions and any existing tooling interfaces. Inspection fixtures and production fixtures may have different priorities. A clear description of the intended workflow helps connect the physical design to the manufacturing or measurement task.
Dimensional measurement can help review selected locating features and the relationship between tooling components during a fixture project. The inspection scope should identify the features that matter, their reference system and the criteria used for evaluation. Coordinating fabrication and measurement support gives the engineering team a practical way to discuss geometry while tooling work progresses.
Think about operator access, loading and unloading, clamp clearance, repeatable positioning and access for the intended measurement equipment. The fixture also needs to work within the surrounding process and available space. Share photographs of the work area and explain any access or handling constraints. These details help identify design considerations that may not be obvious from a part model alone.
Whether you need dimensional inspection, support for your CMM or equipment information, tell us about your application.
